As the excitement of the back-to-school season fills the air at Bees & Cubs, it's a time for us to reflect on the power of education and the strength we've gained through overcoming challenges. Our school takes pride in nurturing resilience as one of our core attributes, empowering our students to face obstacles with courage and determination.
Amidst the anticipation of the new academic year, let me share a tale of determination and triumph that aligns with the spirit of resilience at Nahar International School. Colonel Sanders, the culinary legend behind finger-licking-good chicken, faced numerous trials and tribulations on his path to success. From losing his father early in life to dropping out of school to support his siblings, Sanders' journey was riddled with failures. Rejected 1000 times in his quest to open a restaurant, he persevered, only to see his dreams go up in flames in a devastating fire. Despite bankruptcy, Sanders' indomitable spirit led him to franchise his restaurant, birthing the global phenomenon we now know as KFC. His unwavering resilience and optimism made him an icon of triumph over adversity.
